Oiled Marine Mammals and sea turtles base camp is the Audubon Aquatic Center housed at Freeport-McMoRan Audubon Species Survival Center (Manatees, sea turtles, Dolphins, etc...) http://www.auduboninstitute.org/saving-species/aquatic-center This facility is closed to the public. World Animal Awareness Society was granted special permission to visit this facility to film the wildlife and interviews with the staff, including Michele Kelly and Sarah Burnett.
